My pieces are all bisque fired to 1000 degrees
I fire to 1250 degrees for unglazed porcelain, and either 1250 or 1260 for glazed.

I generally hand build vessels - using either slab building, coiling or pinching - often a combination.
The ribbons are made from thin strips of rolled out porcelain that I attach to the vessels when they are firm enough to not warp - timing is very important.
